1. Our Promise to You
Each item you order is custom-made just for you! Because everything is made especially for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, color, or a change of heart. That being said, we want you to love what you get — if there’s ever a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.
2. If Something’s Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Just send an email to info@townandtradition.com with:
-Your order number
-A quick note describing the issue
-A few clear photos of the item and packaging
Once we confirm what happened, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if needed — no extra cost to you.
3. What We Can’t Take Back
Because everything is custom made, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for:
-Items ordered in the wrong size or color
-“Change of mind” situations
-Items damaged after delivery from normal wear or improper care
(We always recommend checking our size guides and product details before ordering!)
4. Shipping & Delivery
If your package gets lost or delayed by the carrier, please reach out and we’ll do what we can to help track it down. While we can’t control postal delays, we’ll always try our best to support you through the process. We pay close attention to the delivery process of our orders, to ensure that our customers always receive their items.
5. Cancellations & Order Changes
Need to make a change? No problem — just contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we start production and can’t make changes.
